Optivest - Terrible Customer Service

Optivest calls themselves consultants however they do not do their jobs. You try to call and the phone just rings. You send emails and they get back to you after 3 weeks. They do not know what customer service is and take forever to get back to a client. This is not service I expect from a "consultant". You would be better getting anything you require regarding medical aid directly or using another company.
