Optivest still not doing as they promise.
Ok, so after my last, your dealing with the problem. Just what the people i phoned said. So are you dealing with it the same way?Not keeping me informed, where is my money?

We have engaged with the consultant and Bonitas who are currently still busy with the matter. Bonitas has informed our consultant that the matter was escalated accordingly.
We hope to have this matter resolved by Wednesday, as this is what Bonitas informed our consultant of accordingly.
