'Hi, I will now report Optivest to the National Credit Regulator. The debit order still goes off my account.
Good evening Katlego, may you please instruct this company to cease all debit orders off my accout? I never signed for their services and also specifically declined any service from them as per mail trail below. I was also never informed of a cost which would be debited from my account.'
DO NOT TAKE THEIR CALLS OR ASK FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE. THESE MEASURES WERE TAKEN AFTER I DECLINED THEIR SERVICES AND TOLD THEM TO STOP DEDUCTING OFF MY ACCOUNT! DEBIT ORDER IS STILL ONGOING!
