I would like to thank Sheila ****rell for her prompt response to our frustration. She was very helpful and very understanding and sorted out our issue with a great turnaround time! We moved over from Discovery to Bonitas and were supposed to have immediate cover. Only when we received our cards, we saw that we had a waiting period which we were told would not be the case.
