Optivest assisted me to move over to another medical aid, the consultant Nathan Green then said we don't have to give a calender months notice, they just require a form to be completed and I triple checked on email if its correct and was assured that it is correct, Now the previous medical aid is suing me for the notice month and Optivest are just throwing their hands in the air and ignoring my calls to assist and sort this out.

Be careful and dont use them, rather go to someone else that will follow the legal route and not take shortcuts to just get a deal done and not have you best interest at heart.
