Optivest fails on there promise.

What an absolute joke. So you contact optivest to get yourself some medical aid. Firstly, you think this is great, fast, dont ask you to many questions, before you know it there offering you a policy. Premium is what you wanna spend, sign me up. Before you know it, you receive your policy via email. But hang on, your premium isnt what you agreed on. Further investigation reveals that its not even the package you wanted. Do you think you can pick up the phone and contact your broker? No chance in Hell. However the broker forgot a little bit of information required, so you receive a call. You let the broker know about there stuff up, they will sort it out. No, i instruct them, i dont want the policy anymore. A few days later, my account is debited for the premium that i definitely did not agree on. Fortunately this drains my account, cause they tried to debit the account another two times for the same amount. After much frustration, i find a contact number for Optivest. I call up to speak to the broker, not available, speak to there manager, they'll escalate it and get it sorted. I asked to please come back to me, and keep me informed. At least 3 calls from me later, and every person i have spoken too, has promised that they will come back to me, to no avail. Im not Rockefeller, and between Optivest and Bonnitas, you have drained my account. Dont even let me get started on trying to contact Bonnitas. I want my money back.
