No service delivery whatsover

This is not the first time I've experienced problems with them. I received no feedback after several attempts to contact them. Had to contact my MA myself to find out why they took more than double the normal amount from my acc.Also,they cost me money by not explaining the proper procedures to me in dealing with my MA, eventhough I asked them 3 times.(Which they eventually managed to rectify after many emails from me) There is no point in using these people as they offer NO service whatsoever.I thought I'd rather pay a fee than having to do all the admin in regards to MA, but I pay a fee to them, and still have to do everything myself.
