No medical aid coverage for july because of Optivest.

Very disappointed after sorting assistance from them I am on the verge of not having a medical aid coverage for this coming month. As the application was done incorrectly or rather with missing information and as a result if I am forced to take this option I will have 12 months waiting period despite having had medical aid for more than two years

And if I am to I will most likely have to accept an offer that puts me at more disadvantage for sake of not wanting to not have medical aid and to avoid 12 months waiting period.

Don’t go to them they take advantage of gentle natured people. And seem to have no sense of urgency
