Money first... Lies and deceit later

Eager to get your business but then.... How can I accept a condition on 12 Dec that was send on 7 Dec, and when the 1st payment come I have to pay for the month of Desember. So logic say if i only agree on the condition on 12 December and you can't start middle of the month, then cover start 1 Jan. And then when you question them you get laughed at and interrupted the whole time. This is truly pathetic service. If this is the way your service will be, I will have to move to other medical aid
