Miscarriage and Metshield won't pay.

Took a Medshield medical aid through a broker from Optivest called Bulelwa.At that time when she asked me about cover for any pregnancy related cover. I said there is no chance of me ever falling pregnant because I have PCOS, but a few days later I found out I was pregnant. I called Bulelwa to tell her things have changed I found out I am pregnant. I asked her if I am adequately covered for my pregnancy. She assured me that I shouldn't worry about anything I am covered. On top of that I called the medshield call center to verify what Bulelwa said. I asked if is there anything that I need to do. They said there's nothing that I need to do the doctor will see that I am pregnant and my cover would be updated. Now I'm at hospital just had a miscarriage and I'm told I'm not covered for anything pregnancy related. I am devastated.
