Lies at Optivest, lying to people living with mental health

So I'll make this as clear as possible. I have been on medical aid before and due to the fact I am able to finance myself, I decided to be taken off the families medshield medical aid plan to start my own.

I currently have been suffered from mental health issues for over 10 years, in the process of getting my own medical aid but staying with medshield as they provide great service. I opt to go with optivest as a broker, I having been dealing with Luthando Solani who will lie just for him to make a sale.

He went as far as adding extras for which I didn't ask for, gap over **** and he also blocked my wife on making calls to his line.

Honestly I am not going to go into detail but honestly what Asad company they are. 1 I'm seeking out legal advice to take out against Optivest. If Optivest is going to lie just to make a sale, I will rightfully seeking legal advice to take against Optivest.
