ITS ABOUT THE COMISSION
I contacted Optivest for medical product quotation. "They cannot give a quote, I must first complete an appointment form then they can quote. Next thing, my medical aid fund advises me that I have a new broker, Optivest, replacing my current broker. Please Optivest, you first sell a product to the customer, and once it is done, you enroll the customer on your system. NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND
