GAP cover equals to NO cover

I though GAP and CO-PAYMENT cover are exactly what the word says... I took out this cover for medical Shortfall that could happen at any time. Optivest were eating my money every month and when I had a claim this year they regret to inform me that my claim are declined. A stupid amount of R3800 and they can't even pay, in the contract it stipulate that there are an amount of R7500 available for this type of in hospital procedure, but today the are regretting my claim. Nonsense times are though, most of us took a paycut or a no increase due to COVID but they received all my ****** payments every month. Useless. I really want all my premium back and I will cancel my service with them.
