Finding a Medical Broker

My name is Marlijn van Berne, and I am the Managing Director of a charity called OneVoice South Africa in Durban.

I recently required the assistance of a Medical Broker, to help me wade through the quagmire that was my relationship with my Medical Aid. I have never in my life been so disgusted and perturbed by a company’s behaviour, rudeness and lack of transparency.

Thankfully, Crystal Kent was the Medical Broker at OPTIVEST Health Services, who answered my call – and thanks to her, I have managed to keep my sanity and sense of humour – as well as found a new Medical Aid. I deal with a lot of professionals on a daily basis, and it has literally been YEARS, since I met such a professional, and kind, customer service representative. Crystal is an absolute GEM, and I think that OPTIVEST Health Services is enriched by having her on your team. Please look after her, promote her and help her so that she can set an example for others in the customer service realm. As this is something we sorely need.
