Faith Restored in Optivest Services!

This review has only increased to a 5 star rating after my compliant regarding lack of service hit a very willing Manager desk at Optivest - Clinton Marney.

I had been struggling to get my medical aid cover changed for the last 3 months and finally with the willingness and persistent behavior of Clinton, my dad and i are finally covered.

He ensured that i was kept up to date with every bit of information he was providing to the medical aid as well as the outcome of each interaction, He was extremely patience with me throughout all my frustration and concerns. He went the extra mile to ensure that we was covered as we was previously promised. He provided us with outstanding service and he is truly an asset to Optivest!
