extremely poor aftersales service

I'd just like to register my extreme dissatisfaction with this Company. They are extremely quick to get sales and promise you the world, but with zero aftersales service. I recently joined Medshield through them, and the sales person GUARANTEED me that there will be no late joiner penalty fees as she managed to get the approved from the underwriters with my medical history and cover I had prior to joining. However that turned out not to be the case. I made several calls, sent several emails to the sales person and the Private Clients division, which they convinced me to join by the way as it provided premium service to the Private Clients. Even that division has failed with zero response, only automated emails. My experience shows that they'll sell you anything under the sun, just to get commission, thereafter leave you hanging.
