Don't use this broker!
If I could give this company a minus rating I would. I have been trying to get loaded as a member on medical aid since 14 April. Every time optivest have said the medical aid company have said docs are missing etc. Today after speaking to 3 different people, sending in an email of complaint to them and no feedback, I called the medical aid company direct. Discovered that after the initial application was the only thing sent to the medical aid all the extras they asked for optivest didn't send any of the docs I sent through. I mean how useless can a company be?? Word of advice...don't go through this broker, go direct when you can it saves you a lot of time, effort and frustration

04 Jun 2021, 12:45Why bother! so I can sit for another 2 month with no medical aid and listening to Optivest lie about how the medical aid is not getting back to them and how they waiting on the medical aid when after the initial application form they received nothing?? I am dealing directly with them now have already informed the medical aid how Optivest blamed them for every single delay, and how I sent every request to Optivest that they required but they have no record of.
