Do not use them !!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

They don't even deserve the one star im giving them..... Pathetic service all out honestly.. I am 35 weeks pregnant and giving birth in 4 weeks and due to information that the broker Justin did not give to the medical aid my medical aid cancelled my medical aid without any warning leaving me without cover not being able to give birth.... When phoned to get the recordings between me and the broker they refuse to give me the recordings that I have all rights to as they want to cover themselves. All I wanted from them was just the recordings to get my medical aid reinstated now all they did was cost me everything adding stress to a situation that could have been avoided.. I will take them to the medical boards ombudsman and hold them liable for every single bill , stress and everything. stay away from them by all means.....
