Delaying in processing information

Optivest is my Health brokers. I am in Bonitas medical aid and there is certain documentation that needed to be submitted to the medical aid.They failed after I phoned her and left messages but no response. My premium willbe 3 times more in January 2016 but they closed for the festive season. Really dissapointed.
