Bull**** gap cover

I don't even want to rate these people at optivest medical insure gap cover they have completely made a fool out of me I have been paying them for years and I had a normal delivery at Hilton hospital, my medical aid paid a certain amount and I had to claim from my gap cover to pay the rest, when I claimed they declined my claim saying that the prescribed minimum benefits are not covered what the hell is that all about? Now I am R20 000 in debt because my gap cover says they can not pay for normal delivery only if I went under the knife and was not treated so basically if I'm almost dying then only will they pay? Funny how when I called to get this gap cover they said they cover for everything that the medical aid does not cover for now sudden payment time they cannot cover for me. Please I request anyone that wants to take on optivest medical gap cover not too cos these people are ********** and ***** they lie to you about doing things to take them on then drop a bomb on you to say they can't cover and I am stuck with debt and I am currently not working and receiving an income so what the hell must I now do?
