Bad, bad service.

I would give them zero starts if possible. This company used to be good. They have been my medical brokers of choice for many years. However, they have completely lost the plot and have gone from hero to zero. Their customer service is practically non-existent. Most of their phones go directly to answering service and they don’t return calls. Please, avoid doing any business with Optivest. You can expect better customer service from Telkom, which says a lot!
