Appalling customer service and lack of interest!

If I could give Optivest a zero star rating, I would. Absolutely disgusting and non-existent customer service. There is an absolute lack of interest and you get taken for a ride when simply asking to cancel your medical aid/gap cover. If you want to be frustrated and at your wits end, then Optivest is a great option, otherwise, rather take a rain check.
