Amazing service- Quanita De Vries

Good day Last year I took out a Medical Indurance for my mom, I spoke to Quanita De Vries who was absolutely amazing, able to provide all the details of the various options,very knowledgeable in her field as she was able to answer all my questions. There was a new clause that came into effect November and I immediately sent Quanita and email as I wanted to apply for the clause where no Auth code was needed when she went to do her GP visits. Once again Quanita was extremely helpful whereby all paperwork submitted to her was sent off and approved. My mom then went to her GP in December to check her blood pressure and some other check ups where the receptionist advised that she needed a code. My mom being 70 years of age was not impressed at all and I then advised them of this clause that was approved. I was able to make contact with Quanita once again and she was able to have Unity Health send the Dr an email confirming all details and clauses that my mom was approved for. I am sincerely grateful for what Quanita has done for me and my mom, she literally just came back from leave and was able to assist so quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH QUANITA DE VRIES, what an absolute star and asset to the Company. You always so willing to assist and going the extra mile for your customers. Due to her phenomenal services I have already sent her details to so many family and friends as referrals as you hardly come across such caring and loving individuals.
