Absolutely no accountability or apology for selling me a product under false pretenses which has cost me thousands of rands

<p>Ever since I engaged with Optivest I am lived to regret it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Initially I was sold a health care product by one of their agents called Louise, only later to find out that what I was sold was not exactly what she had explained to me.</p> <p>Her response was litterally almost... whoops my bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>After that my agent changed to Hermein, due to this little hiccup. I sort of received an apology but this was really not adequate enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now to top things off, since moving to the new health care provider I have been subjected to a 3 month waiting period, which I was unequivocally told would not be the case by both agents.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again, there was no accountability by either of them and the **** poor response was literally... someone must have dropped the ball.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well I know exactly who dropped the ball and that is Optivest and their Agents Louise and Hermien.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not a couple of grand down the drain due to their incompetence and inability to own up to their mistakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not once have they or Optivest offered to financially reimburse me or even sort out the mess up themselves.</p> <p>Instead this has been left to me and is absolutely ****** unnaceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone were to ask me if I would recommend or use Optivest again... The short and sweet answer would be absolutely not!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
