Optisan Optics ( #225 )

I have contacted Loyd of MTC Optics regarding my rifle scope that I bought 3 years ago, that needs a service or a replacement. He told me that they don't stock any of Optisan scopes any more and he don't have a contact detail of any sort. So I went on the Optisan website to send them a e-mail and Rich rep**** that he had send my complaint to the head office, that was on the 14-01-2016. I have already send Mr Rich 4 e-mail regarding this issue!!! This is the worst service!!
