unacceptable
I have ordered my chronic medication almost 2 Weeks ago. My medical aid already paid for my medication and is still havent received anything. Zandile from optipharm phoned me on Wednesday saying she will phone and find out but I am still waiting. I need my medication this is totally unacceptable!!!
