Struggle to get chronic medication

My medical aid approved my application to go on chronic medication on 21/04. It took Optipharm until 26/04 to submit the claim to me medical aid. Since them I haven't received the medication. I got an SMS yesterday morning that the parcel has been dispatched, but it hasn't been delivered. When I phoned this morning the consultant said that it should have been delivered yesterday as per the SMS. He sent an email to the driver to remind him to deliver. It also hasn't been delivered today.
