Poor Service & *********** Personnel

I would like to lodge a formal complaint on the poor service received from Optipharm. My mother who is a pensioner has been without medication for the past 3 months *last delivery done in Feb 2015. Yesterday I spoke to some Nomsa & Karen who promised that the treatment will be delivered today. @ 14:34 I contacted them as there has not been any word of meds being delivered & now told this will only be delivered tomorrow - I WANT THIS DELIVERED NOW AS THE OLD WOMAN DIABETES & HYPERTENSION WILL NOT WAIT FOR TOMORROW TO KILL HER!!!!<br> <br> CAN SOMEONE COMPETENT SORT THIS OUT NOW!!
