no medication

I phoned 21 January spoke to Sulani. I asked her did they get my husbands additional scripts as he us taking 4 zolofts and not 1 that optipharm send to him and his wellbutrin. she promised that it will be send on 22 Jan the rectified scripts dor 4 zolofts and 1 wellbutrin - it ks 5 feb he has not asking any zoloft or wellbutrin as he has nothing left. We send through additional script on monday for me still nothing. Why every month I must complain here before anybody bother to assist me?
