Medication not delivered

<p>i have been using Optipharm for the past year or so and just this year the service i have recieved is **********. i do not recieve my medication on time, everytime i have to phone like 4 or 5 times before i can get my medication, the calol centre is also another story, i hold the line for a good 9 to 10 minutes before anyone can assist and lie to me about placing an order for my medication. as we speak i have not taken my medication from last week friday, i am not supposed to be skipping and if my health is compromised because of you people someone will have to answer. i will also raise this my medical aid case manager to amybe look at using another pharmacy to supply us medication as our health is compromised becasue of Optipharm's lack of customer satisfaction. </p>
