Frustrated client who cannot assistance on the phone.

<p>I am a frustated patient whose trying to contact optipharm to find out about the delivery of my medication as i am based in the vaal area and the pharmacy is in randburg, i have been holding the line for 30 minutes. This is happening for the third time. I am callimg from a cellphone i had to buy airtime three times still no response. </p>
