Despicable service

My first contact with Optipharm was on the 21/10/2016 and I was advised that I need to email a script from a doctor and I would receive my medication in 5 working days. After 5 days there was no feedback or even a phone call to advise on the progress. I called them on the 28/10/2016 and spoke to Grant and I expalined my frustration (That I need the matter resolved urgently as I have have not been taking medication for two weeks due to their neglegence with regards to handling my matter) He promised me the world, that he will prioritise the query and revert back to me which he did not.

On the 31/10/2016 while trying to get a hold of Grant I ended up having to speak to second consultant whom was very proactive in providing options and for a change she showed interest in my case as I was already in tears since I thought there was no hope anymore. On the 17/11/2016 medication was delivered but I was missing one of my medication that was prescribed ,I called their call centre on the 18/11/2016 to query this ,firstly when the receptionist (Jastina) tried to transfer my call to the next available agent my calls were disconnected 8 times . On the 9th attempt I got through to Dakalo and conversation with him left me tramatised to say the least!!!! The service I received was appalling. After speaking over me to an extent that I kept quite and gave him the platform to rave and speak as if he was the client , telling me how this call is taking so long and on Monday his manager will queation him about this so he cannto stay on the call any longer undermining my frustrations on the service I received from their call centre . Once done raving and talking he then disconnected the call on me. I cannot stress out how demeaning I was made to feel and being told that I need to listen to him since he is the service provider not the other way around. Calling Optipharm is such nightmare and I resent ever having to deal with any of their call centre agents. It's almost as if I have to beg to get help for services that I pay for.
