After clear instructions-5 days later NO DELIVERY

on 02.12.2015, I complained about calls being dropped by consultants, later in the day 2 x consultants called me to explain that they are experiencing technical problems with their calls, I was however glad I could speak to someone as I needed to give clear instruction pertaining my delivery.
