Optiontown flight upgrades

Beware of a company called OPTIONTOWN....it works with Air Namibia....you pay for upgrades ...but they cancelled my connecting flight and I lost the whole booking . They took the 200 USD I paid and I had to buy a new ticket on a new airline. The internet is full of very disappointed people who lost much money with this company. The customer service is non existent .
