A TRADING COMPANY CANNOT SEND YOU PROOF OF PAYMENT

<p>Time and time again I have requested withdrawals. The status said PENDING for six months. Now the withdrawal amount has been taken off balance. And it says pending wire transfer. Spoke to their live agents continudally for two weeks. The one says that it has been wired and will be in my bank in 3-4 days. The other says 10 days. The other says 2 days. When asked to send proof documents of the wire - they say they will send. Will send - will send - will send. Then one live agent says - be patient - wire transfers take a long time. I do wire transfers and can send the recipient proof and a reference number. But this worldwide TRADING COMPANY - cannot. Are they *******? Someone please tell me. Deposit in the blink of an eye. But try to withdraw. My recommondation is that NO-ONE uses this company. Their staff changes all the time. Half the time they do not know what they are talking about. And they harrass you telephonically to GET money.</p>
