Vodacom Upgrade Centre abuse

After explaining why I cancelled an upgrade offer, i.e. I'm waiting for the iPhone 14, the gentleman from the Vodacom Upgrade Centre decided to argue with me, and then responded with "Good luck with your iPhone 14" and put the phone down on me.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but the number he called from is ***
