Optimum security literally the worst security company ever.

So a car ran into my yard and ruined the fence as well as the gate and I asked Optimum to atleast patrol near my house especially at night since everything is out in the open and I haven't seen them since I reported the incident to them and last night my gas was ****** and I'm wondering what the point of paying them, mind you paying them double in December for extra security and yet unavailable when needed. I am so frustrated and disappointed. They suck.
