Shocking after sales service
We got Optimim Roofing solutions to do a few jobs for us last year.....Samuel the owner was contacted after the roof sheet installation that he suggested started collapsing....he came back the first time to fix the one panel but we have been ignored since. We have sent several whatsapp messages without any reply. 3 panels have since collapsed and two more are hanging by a thread
Optimum roofing solution has the worst after sale service ever, dont waste you money or time as they do not look after their clients.
