Empty promises

Optimum Roofing solutions inatalled roof sheets in our braai area, most of the sheets have now collapsed and fell to the ground. We have phoned Samuel the owner a bunch of times to come and have a look whilst the sheets were only loose but he has yet to do so.

After my first post he asked i give him time till after easter weekend and again empty promises. The after sales service of this company is shocking. I am now seeking legal advise.
