Attitude is everything; care counts!

<p>I'm not sure exactly what it was that made me look more closely at Optimum Removals. I had requested quotes from 10-12 companies in two different phases, with two different inventories for both phases. Theirs wasn't cheapest, though it was very reasonable; the follow-up call did it for me, though. </p> <p>Quintin was both friendly and professional, happy to talk through and consider my many variables - and ended up giving me a quote for both household and car that I, a single freelancing mum could actually afford; and this for an urgent job, too. </p> <p>The managemwnt and staff were equally amazing; service was efficient, friendly and above all, extremely accommodating. </p> <p>There were problems: but the way this company dealt with them means I will. Or only highly recommend, but definitely sign up with in the future! </p> <p>Thanks for going the extra mile!</p>
