TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NO CUSTOMER CARE!

Optimum Glow is very unprofessional. They have a lack of communication about your order. They promise a 15% discount if you're a first time customer however, there is no coupon code and the checkout doesn't recalculate this discount. When I reached out to their WhatsApp the person I was speaking to gave me promo codes but only after the fact, and there was a lack of trying to resolve or grant me that refund. Their website is horrible the UX is ****! I don't think I will ever order from them again even if their products work. NEVER AGAIN!
