Great Customer Service from Optimized

I recently bought some nootropics from optimized.co.za and unfortunately there was a mixup with the courier company who took over a week to deliver the items, once i contacted optimized to assist via Twitter. They wasted no time to resolve the mixup and took upon themselves to go the extra mile to apologize for the incident.
