BAD SERVICE FROM OPTIMIZED

I was very disappointed because I intended to purchase a product called primemind which received good reviews but as a new customer i was Told that I get R100 off and I still have to pay for my shipping costs, from a customers point of view I feel as a new customer i should not be charged for the shipping.. very bad customer service...
