Terrible service from optimax

I've been trying to contact optimax for 2 weeks now. They dont answer their phones. I spoke to 2 consultants eventually. I still have not received a call for a quote. Pity their fees are so high yet they dont give a damn about service. Spoke to a lady sinazo who hasnt emailed me still.
