Refuse to issue invoice for work done

This business did work for me at my house in Franskraal Gansbaai. He gave me a quote for the work which excepted and paid deposito for the work to start. After work was done and paid I ask the owner for detailed invoices because I need it for tax purposes. After several phone calls , WhatsApp messages and two emails he. Still refuse to issue one. The work was done in December 2025 and this is now nearly end of March 2026 and no inv. Do not know how his bookkeeping is been done if no invoices is issued.
