Bad treatment at Mental illness Hospital

Today the 25th February 2021 as we were taking pictures after our session with the Ocuppational The****** we made a noise unaware and the white guy who is apparent Maintenance Manager budged in the room screaming hei hei heiiii you making noise and we responded and told him he can't speak to us in that manner. We decided to take the matter to Nursing Manager Mrs Schoeman whom it was not the first time we went to her office to raise our concerns this week as we went in and explained our concerns with the manner the Maintenance Manager spoke to us she screamed and said "It is okay she wont do anything as she's tired and had to deal with alot this week and she doesn't have time to follow up or investigate as what has happened and told us to get out of her office.

Last week I myself and my roommate went to Mrs Schoeman to complain about the Occupational The****** who was ordering us to take the masks out of our group session as she said we all tested negative therefore it is ok to remove our masks in the group as they have got the go ahead from one of their Doctor. Mrs Schoeman gave is the name of the Doctor when we followed up with her investigation as she has promised. NB there's a movement in and out of hospital of staff and supposedly "we are safe" since we tested negative prior admission.

Our concern and treatment here is not of quality. We are humans who need to be treated fairly and with respect not what we have experienced here.
