Bad service

<p>Good day.</p> <p>We booked a reservation for 10 South in Durban on the 10th March 2016 and we had been given 2 four sleepers which was okay and the letter stated Durban Sands/ Oceanic and it was okay as their pamphlets and online website gives you a more nice view of the place which was in actual horrible, even the sleeper couches were like steel hard.</p> <p> </p> <p>So now that it is over and done with a matter that arised was that instead of us paying R24500 we paid R28 100 so we need the R3600 refund and the lady I spoke to has been saying she will get back to me but till today she has not done that hence I took the matter into my hands and took it further.</p> <p> </p> <p>We will not be *******, we just want our money back and lets part ways.</p> <p> </p>
