Service With A Smile And A Will To Serve
I went to Optika Oogkundiges in the Maskam Mall in Vredendal on Monday 27 July just after 17h00. I needed to purchase those special cleaning cloths that gets used to clean spectacles. I met Desiré at the counter and asked her for the cloth. She immediately asked me if she could clean my sunglasses and I said that's fine, Thinking she was about to wipe my lenses clean and I will be on my way. She almost stripped the glasses down to every individual part and cleaned every millimeter of my sunglasses. Wow!!!! They looked like the day I bought them. She went above and beyond for me as a customer. Friendly service with a friendly smile. I can and will recommend them any time. Thanks Desiré for the quick and thourough service. With people like you with your level of customer service Optika can be extremely proud to have you as an employee.
