Spectacles Ordered - No response

Hi

I ordered spectacles with Optifin and I was advised by the consultants if I make my 1st payment by the 8th Sep I should receive my glasses by the13th Sep. I made the payment on the8th and since then I have been calling to follow up and i'm not getting adequate response. At first they sent me an email on the 11th to say payment received - glassed should be ready within 10-12 working days. Then on the 14th Sep they advised that they don't have my payment as yet and glasses were not yet being worked on.

I need an answer as to when am I going to receive my glasses instead of this run around. When I call the consultants they say they will come back to me but they never do??
