Disgusted

I don’t know how to go about this but about 2 yrs ago I paid off a set of spectacles at optfin now when I got my credit status this is on my name as a judgement but it was paid up 2 years ago now i can’t get a number from them to sort it out becoz it’s been paid up long ago. Makes me sick to know I have paid it. I need help on sorting this out..
